Sign in at app.easy3d.info. Write a detailed prompt for your IMVU item. Good categories: furniture (chairs, sofas, beds), room props (lamps, shelves, rugs), accessories (bags, hats, jewellery). Example: "a modern curved velvet armchair, deep emerald green, gold legs, tufted back, soft look".
Download your generated model as a GLB file. Save it to a dedicated folder — you'll be working with this file in Blender.
Open Blender (free from blender.org). File → Import → glTF 2.0 → select your file. Your mesh loads with materials.
IMVU has polygon limits depending on item type. Press Tab to enter Edit Mode, then look at the tri count in the top-left of the viewport. Furniture: aim under 4,000 tris. Use the Decimate modifier (add under Properties → Modifier) to reduce if needed. Set Ratio to around 0.5 and apply.
IMVU Create uses FBX format. In Blender: File → Export → FBX (.fbx). In the export options on the right: set Scale to 1.0, check "Apply Transform", uncheck "Armature" if there's no animation. Click Export FBX.
Open IMVU Create (free download from imvu.com/create). Click New Product → choose your category (Furniture, Accessories, etc.). Click Import Mesh → select your FBX file. Your mesh appears in the IMVU preview.
In IMVU Create, apply your material textures (you can export them from Blender's UV editor). Preview the item on an avatar or in a room. When satisfied, click Submit for review. IMVU reviews and lists your product in the catalog.
